DAMNESTE INVESTMENTS LIMITED (Company Registration No. 123968), is a  diversified mining and exploration company with operations in Zambia, with a Newly Acquired Primary and Secondary mining development contract; Site – Mopani Copper Mines Pls : Mufurila Deeps Mining Site; invites suppliers for the supply and delivery of office equipment as detailed below. Our operations include copper and cobalt mining, with a focus on sustainable and responsible practices.

1. Technical Specifications

Desktop Computers (Full Set) – 6 units (office-grade)

• Processor: Intel Core i5 (10th Gen) or equivalent AMD Ryzen 5.
• RAM: 8 GB DDR4.
• Storage: 1 TB HDD + 256 GB SSD.
• OS: Windows 11 Pro (licensed).
• Monitor: 22″ LED, anti-glare.
• Accessories: USB/ Wireless keyboard, optical mouse (USB/ Wireless)

Portable SSD – 2 unit

• Capacity 500 GB (A bigger capacity is a plus)

All-in-One Printing/Scanning/Photocopying Machine – 1 unit

• Print speed: ≥ 20 ppm (A4).
• Scan resolution: 1200 × 1200 dpi.
• Paper capacity: 250-sheet input tray + 50-sheet ADF.
• Functions: duplex print/copy, network (Ethernet/Wi-Fi) & USB.
• Compatible with Windows 11.

Boardroom Desk – 1 unit (10-person capacity)

• Material: Mahogany wood with glass top (preferably)
• Integrated cable management.
• Finish: Polished wood finish.

Office Chairs – 16 units

• Mesh backrest, padded seat.
• Adjustable height, lumbar support & armrests.
• Weight capacity: 120 kg.

Office Desks – 6 units

• Material: Melamine-faced chipboard with steel frame (preferably)
• Built-in drawer (lockable).

1. Payment Terms

• Payment will be made in 4 installments, monthly.
• First payment will be made after complete delivery of equipment.

1. Evaluation Criteria

• Technical compliance with specs: 40%.
• Total cost (price competitiveness): 30%.
• Delivery time: 20%
• After-sales support & warranty: 10%
