Call for quotations from reputable insurance providers for group medical insurance cover for EXP Zambia employees

EXP is seeking quotations from reputable insurance providers for group medical insurance cover for our employees.

We invite proposals for comprehensive medical aid solutions that include options for:

• Inpatient cover only
• Inpatient + outpatient cover
• Maternity, dental, and optical benefits (where available)

Providers are requested to submit detailed quotations including:

• Premiums (per employee and/or dependent structure)
• Annual benefit limits and sub-limits
• Waiting periods (including pre-existing conditions and maternity cover)
• Hospital network coverage within Lusaka and nationwide
• Claims process and turnaround times
• At least three package options (basic, standard, and comprehensive)

This exercise aims to identify a suitable provider offering competitive, flexible, and reliable medical cover for our staff.
