Background SOS Children’s Villages Zambia is a child focused organization and an affiliate of the SOS Children Villages International. It is non-governmental, non-political, non-denominational, and non-racial. Its overall mission is to build families for children in need, help them shape their own futures and share in the development of their communities.

SOS Children’s Villages Zambia owns strategically located land parcels in Kitwe, Chipata, Livingstone, and Lusaka. The organisation is seeking to unlock the full potential of these assets by inviting capable developers to develop the properties through mutually beneficial partnerships.

SOS Children’s Villages Zambia invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced property developers, investors and development consortiums to partner in the financing, design, development, operation and maintenance of strategically located land parcels under a Design–Finance–Build–Operate (DFBOT) model.
