Hotel Receptionist Jobs in Lusaka As a Hotel Receptionist at Carrey Hotel, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in and check-out processes. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the hotel’s positive image through attentive service and efficient front desk management.

Greet and assist guests during check-in, check-out, and stay extensions with professionalism and courtesy. Manage telephone communications, respond to guest inquiries, handle reservations, and address complaints promptly. Support guests by resolving any issues encountered during their stay, ensuring satisfaction and comfort.

Maintain accurate cash register operations, accounting records, and prepare daily business reports. Keep the reception area clean and organized to uphold the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere. Coordinate effectively with housekeeping and other departments to enhance guest services. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support hotel operations.
