Provision of Consultancy Services for Design, Development and Implementation of a Pension Management System (Open International)

1. The Local Authorities Superannuation Fund has set aside funds in the 2026 Budget and intends to apply part of the funds for consultancy services for the above assignment.

1. The Local Authorities Superannuation Fund now invites eligible consulting firms (‘Consultants’) to indicate their interest in providing the service. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualification and experience to perform the Services.

1. Expressions of Interest must be submitted online to tenders@lasf.org.zm and copy mmilambo@lasf.org.zm by Friday 26 October 2026 10:00 AM Local time.
