Expression of Interest: Consultancy to Review the Laz Secretariat Organogram

The Law Association of Zambia (LAZ) invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from suitably qualified consulting firms, institutions, and organisations with demonstrated expertise in human resource management and organisational development to undertake a review of the LAZ Secretariat Organogram.

Interested entities should demonstrate:

1. Proven experience in organizational structure reviews and Organisational development;

1. Availability of suitably qualified Human Resource professionals to undertake the assignment; and

1. Successful completion of similar assignments, supported by at least three (3) references.
