Invitation for bids for the supply and delivery of office furniture for the Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation
The Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation (ZNBC) was established as a Public Service Broadcaster through the ZNBC Act Chapter 154 of the Laws of Zambia and operates as a statutory body under the Ministry of Information and Media. ZNBC has provided funds under its 2026 Capital Expenditure Budget and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards eligible payments under a contract for the supply and delivery of office furniture to the ZNBC Mass Media Complex and regional offices.
Pursuant to Section 39 of the Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020 as amended by Section 15 of the Public Procurement Amendment Act No. 17 of 2023, ZNBC now invites sealed bids from eligible Citizen and Local Bidders via the Open National Competitive Bidding (ONCB) method for the supply and delivery of office furniture, covering three lots: Lot 1, the Mass Media Complex; Lot 2, ZNBC Kitwe Regional Office; and Lot 3, ZNBC Livingstone Regional Office. Interested bidders can download the complete bidding documents through the Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) System on the ZPPA website, and Citizen and Local Bidders wishing to participate must pay a non-refundable fee of K1,000.00 through the online payment platform on the ZPPA e-GP System, quoting the tender name and identification number as reference.

Bids shall be submitted online through the ZPPA e-GP System on or before Thursday, 8 October 2026 at 10:30 hours local time, with electronic opening of bids taking place on the same platform at the same time.
