Invitation for bids for the supply and delivery of two 4×4 pick up electric motor vehicles for Public Service Microfinance Company Limited
Public Service Microfinance Company (PSMFC) Limited has set funds aside in its 2026 budget towards the cost of purchasing two 4×4 pick-up electric motor vehicles and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the resulting contract. PSMFC now invites bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the two vehicles, as per specifications given in the solicitation document, under reference PSMFC/HRA/2026/055.
Bidding will be conducted through the Open Bidding National (OBN) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act of 2020 and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2022, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the bidding document. Interested eligible bidders may obtain and download the solicitation document, provided in English, from the ZPPA e-GP System, and must pay a participation fee of ZMK 1,000.00 through the e-GP system in Zambian Kwacha. A signed Bid-Securing Declaration form is a mandatory requirement, and all clarification requests shall be sent through the e-GP System, with a closing date for clarifications of 2 October 2026 at 14:00 hours local time.
Bids shall be submitted electronically through the e-GP System not later than 8 October 2026 at 10:00 hours local time. Bidders should ensure their submissions meet the technical specifications for electric pick-up vehicles set out in the solicitation document, and that all mandatory forms, including the Bid-Securing Declaration, are correctly completed and included.
