Invitation for supplier registration for Madison Financial Services Plc for the 2027–2028 registration period

Madison Financial Services Plc, a publicly listed entity comprising Madison General Insurance, Madison Life Insurance, Madison Finance Company and Madison Asset Management Company, invites suitably qualified, compliant and reputable suppliers and service providers to register on the Madison Group Vendor Registration Portal for consideration to provide goods and services across the Group during the 2027–2028 registration period.

Supplier categories span a wide range of sectors, including office supplies, telecommunications, financial services, human resources and recruitment, printing and publishing, facilities management, logistics and transport, vehicle and fleet services, cleaning and pest control, medical and healthcare, manufacturing, food and beverage, energy and utilities, safety and PPE, research and training, insurance services, IT and technology, professional and legal services, marketing and branding, security services, construction and engineering, travel and accommodation, furniture and office fit-out, catering and hospitality, industrial and engineering supplies, agriculture, mining supplies, environmental and waste management, real estate and property management, and events management, among others.

All existing suppliers are required to participate in this process alongside prospective suppliers, who will be assessed and considered for future transactions. Registration is completed by scanning the QR code or visiting the online registration portal, and closes Friday, 18 September 2026, at 17:00 hours. Suppliers are encouraged to register early and ensure applications are complete before the deadline. Registration does not constitute an offer of business or a guarantee of contract award; all suppliers remain subject to the MFS Group’s applicable procurement, compliance, due diligence and evaluation requirements.
