Property Maintenance & Inventory App – Flutter Developer (Contract)
Project Overview
We are building a private mobile app for managing property maintenance and spare parts across multiple properties. The app will be used by technicians, supervisors, and property managers, and must be offline-first, ensuring work continues even without internet, with reliable automatic sync when connectivity returns.
Note: This is an internal property-focused app, not a public SaaS.
