Request for expressions of interest for a Technical Advisor for the SMART Corridor Project, Dar es Salaam Corridor (Lusaka-Nakonde Section) for the Road Transport and Safety Agency

RTSA invites eligible consulting firms to indicate interest in providing Technical Advisor services for the SMART Corridor Project on the Lusaka-Nakonde section of the Dar es Salaam Corridor. The Technical Advisor will independently review the Design Consultant’s deliverables for technical soundness, institutional/governance arrangements, phasing/cost, and procurement documentation. Duration: 15 calendar months.
