Request for expressions of interest for the design, development and maintenance of a Management Information System for FIRIP

The Ministry of Finance and National Planning has received financing from IFAD towards FIRIP, and intends to apply part of the proceeds to recruit a consulting firm for the design, development and maintenance of a Management Information System (MIS) for Annual Work Planning, Budgeting, Budget Execution Reporting and Project Performance Analytics, under reference ZMB-2000004924-0075-CS-QCBS, to be executed within 6 months.

Shortlisting is scored out of 100 points, with a minimum of 70 required to pass: general experience (30 points, covering 5 years in existence and MIS experience) and specific experience (70 points, covering two similar projects in the last five years, design/development/deployment/maintenance of an integrated MIS, and data validation/verification procedures). A consulting firm will be selected under the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method.

Expressions of interest, using the format on the FIRIP website, must be delivered by email by Friday, 9 October 2026, 10:00 hours Zambian time, to the Head, Procurement and Supplies Unit, FIRIP, P.O. Box 50711, Kabulonga, Lusaka.
