Request for proposals for the supply, implementation and support of an RFID or equivalent technology-enabled asset tracking and control system

Micro Finance Zambia Limited (MFZ) invites proposals from suitably qualified and experienced vendors for the supply, implementation and support of an RFID or equivalent technology-enabled asset tracking and control system, under RFP reference MFZ/RFP/2026/002. The solution will enable MFZ to improve asset identification, tracking, movement control, physical verification, reporting and accountability across its Head Office, branches and other locations.

Interested bidders should have relevant experience and provide evidence of at least two comparable implementations. The clarification deadline is 23 September 2026.
