Tender for the construction of a bus station, ablution block and water reticulation system in Katambwa Ward

Chilubi Town Council has secured funds from the Zambia Devolution Support Program (ZDSP) and intends to apply the funds towards the construction of a Bus Station, Ablution Block and Water Reticulation System in Katambwa Ward of Chilubi District, Chaba Area. The Council now invites bids from eligible interested citizen and local bidders registered in Zambia with the Patents and Companies Registration Agency (PACRA), with NAPSA compliance, ZPPA certificate, EIZ and NCC registration, and a valid Tax Clearance Certificate with the Zambia Revenue Authority.

The contract shall be a full contract under Open National Bidding. All specifications are contained in the bidding document, and interested bidders are required to pay a non-refundable participation fee of ZMW 1,500.00 via the e-GP system. Bids shall be valid for 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration.

A mandatory site visit will take place on Tuesday, 22 September 2026, from 09:00 to 17:00 hours, in the company of the Contract and Project Managers. Bids clearly marked “Tender for the Construction of a Bus Station, Ablution Block and Water Reticulation System in Katambwa Ward” must be submitted via the e-GP platform not later than Friday, 2 October 2026 at 10:00 hours local time.
