Tender for the construction of a health centre, staff house, supply and installation of solar powered water scheme at Mpande Health Centre

KGL Community Development Company (KGLCDC) has set aside funds in its 2026 budget and wishes to contract a company for the construction of a health centre, staff house, and the supply and installation of a solar powered water scheme at Mpande Health Centre in Kafue District. KGLCDC now invites bids from eligible citizen bidders registered with the National Council for Construction (NCC) in Category B or C, Grade 4 or better, to participate in this tender. Bids that do not quote all specified items in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) will be deemed non-responsive, and only one contract shall be considered for the entire project.

Bidding will be conducted using Open National Bidding (ONB) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020. Bidders can download the bidding document from the e-GP platform (www.zppa.org.zm) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ZMW 1,000.00 to ZPPA. The bid must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration.

Bids clearly marked “Tender for the Construction of a Health Centre, Staff House, Supply and Installation of Solar Powered Water Scheme at Mpande Health Centre in Kafue District” must be submitted on the e-GP platform on or before Monday, 12 October 2026 at 12:00 hours system time. Late, emailed, or physical/hard copy bids will be rejected; bids will be opened thereafter through the e-GP system.
