Tender for the construction of a health post, semi-detached staff house, borehole drilling and water reticulation and solar system at Kamishishi in Lunjofwa Ward

Chibombo Town Council has received funding from the World Bank through the Zambia Devolution Support Program and would like to apply part of the funds for the construction of a health post, a semi-detached staff house, borehole drilling and water reticulation, and a solar system at Kamishishi in Lunjofwa Ward, under Tender No. 1012/15195/1578486.

The Council now invites bids from interested bidders registered with the Patents and Companies Registration Agency (PACRA) and holding a valid Tax Clearance Certificate with the Zambia Revenue Authority. Bidding shall be conducted through Open National Bidding (ONB) procedures specified in the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act No. 17 of 2023, the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020, and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2022. A site visit will be conducted on 1 October 2026 at 09:00 hours at the Main Civic Centre, Chibombo. Interested bidders may access the bid document upon payment of a non-refundable fee of K1,000.00 through the e-GP platform, and bids shall be valid for 120 days after opening.

Bids should be submitted through the ZPPA e-GP platform on or before Tuesday, 20 October 2026 at 10:00 hours; hard copies shall not be accepted. Bids will be opened online thirty minutes after tender closing, at 10:30 hours.
