Tender for the engagement of a debt collection agency for Chambeshi Water Supply and Sanitation Company

Chambeshi Water Supply and Sanitation Company has set aside funds to meet the cost of procurement of debt collection services and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the agreement(s) resulting from this Invitation for Bids (IFB). The Company now invites bids from eligible bidders for the provision of debt collection services.

Bidding will be conducted using the Open National Bidding Procurement Method (ONB) specified in Section 39 of the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020 and Public Procurement Regulations No. 30 of 2022, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the bidding documents, that meet the qualification criteria indicated in the Standard Bidding Document. Eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Office of the Procurement Officer, Purchasing and Supply Unit, Chambeshi Water Supply and Sanitation Company, Plot No. 19 Lua-Luo Road, behind Kasama Lodge, Kasama, from 08:00 to 17:00 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), telephone +260 977 807837, email niza.kumwenda@chwssc.co.zm. A non-refundable fee of K1,000.00 shall be paid prior to the submission date, payable on the e-GP platform.

Bids should be submitted on the Zambia Public Procurement Authority e-GP platform, entitled “IFB No. ChWSSC/26/07/17/01/COM: Tender for the Engagement of Debt Collection Agency for Chambeshi Water Supply and Sanitation Company,” and must be accompanied by a duly completed Bid Securing Declaration form, signed by the company’s representative duly authorized in the written power of attorney. Telegraphic and/or manual submission of bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted electronically on the e-GP system on or before Friday, 16 October 2026 at 11:00 hours system time; a pre-bid meeting will be held virtually at 14:00 hours on 22 September 2026, the last date for requesting clarifications is 9 October 2026, and bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on 16 October 2026.
