Tender for the proposed completion construction of 5No. 2-bedroom semi-detached staff houses and 1No. 3-bedroom standalone house at Kazungula One Stop Border

The Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA), Revenue House, Kabwe Roundabout, P.O. Box 35710, Lusaka, is procuring the proposed completion construction of 5No. 2-bedroom semi-detached staff houses and 1No. 3-bedroom standalone house at the Kazungula One Stop Border. ZRA now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for this works package.

Bidding will be conducted through the procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020 and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2022. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the ZPPA e-GP System at https://eprocure.zppa.org.zm.

The deadline for the submission of bids is Friday, 16 October 2026 at 10:00 hours. Bid opening shall take place electronically on the e-GP System on the same date and time.
