Tender for the Provision of Physical Security Services to Zambia State Insurance Pension Trust Fund (Zsiptf) Properties on Twelve Months Running Contract Basis, Subject to Renewal for Another One Year Based on Performance

ZSIPTF owns various types of buildings located in the Southern and Northern Region. The Fund requires provision of security services from reliable and reputable security service providers throughout the year.
ZSIPTF now invites sealed bids from eligible security providers to provide security services on a one year running contract basis, with a possible extension for 12 months, subject to the service provider's performance on the provision of quality security services to the Company. Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents from the th Fund Manager, ZSIC Life Plc, Procurement and Supply Department, 5 Floor, Woodgate House Nairobi Wing, Cairo Road, Lusaka, ZAMBIA. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by bidders from the Fund Manager, ZSIC Life Plc upon payment of a non-refundable fee of K1,000.00. Prospective bidders are invited to attend a Pre-Bid Conference meeting on Wednesday, th 7 October 2026 at 10:30 hours local time to be held via zoom virtual meeting (Meeting ID 756 8733 3080. Password 1234).
The bids, accompanied by a bid security of K10,000.00, must be deposited in the Tender th th Box on the 5 floor, Woodgate House, Lusaka on or before Tuesday 13 October 2026 at 14:30 hours local time. Any bid received after the time and date stipulated above will not be th accepted. The bids will be opened in the Committee Room on the 5 Floor, Woodgate House on the same date at 14:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. HOWEVER TELEGRAPHIC OR TELEFAX OFFERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
