Tender for the provision of repair and maintenance services of access control and CCTV surveillance systems at various NAPSA properties

The National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) has invited this tender through the electronic Government Procurement System (e-GP), hosted by the Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA). NAPSA seeks a qualified service provider for the repair and maintenance of Access Control and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) surveillance systems at various NAPSA properties across the country, under a two-year framework agreement subject to annual performance review.

Bidding will be conducted using the Open National Bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020 and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2022. The tender is open to citizen and local bidders, with local bidders required to partner with citizen bidders. The bidding document can be accessed via the ZPPA website (www.zppa.org.zm) and has also been posted on the NAPSA website (www.napsa.co.zm). A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, 9th September 2026 at 10:00 hours via Microsoft Teams, which will provide a schedule for a mandatory site visit to NAPSA stations.

Key dates for bidders: floatation date Monday, 31st August 2026; tender closing Tuesday, 29th September 2026, at 10:30 hours, on the e-GP system. Submissions must be made through the e-GP platform in line with the published bidding document.
