Tender for the provision of various insurance policies for a period of three years

The National Council for Construction has provided funds in the 2026 budget year for the procurement of various insurance policies. The Council now invites bids from eligible citizen and local bidders to tender for the provision of various insurance policies for a period of three years. This tender is open to citizen and local insurance brokers only, pursuant to the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020, as amended by the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act No. 17 of 2023.

Interested eligible insurance brokers may access a complete set of bidding documents on the electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) system upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ZMW 1,000.00 through the ZPPA e-GP System.

Bids should be submitted through the ZPPA e-GP platform via https://eprocure.zppa.org.zm on or before Wednesday, 8 October 2026 at 14:00 hours local time, and must be accompanied by a duly completed and signed Bid Securing Declaration.
