Tender for the supply and delivery of a brand-new Tractor Loader (TLB)

Luanshya Municipal Council has received funding from the Government of the Republic of Zambia through the Constituency Development Fund for Luanshya and Roan Constituency, and would like to apply part of the funds to procure one (1) brand-new Tractor Loader (TLB). The Council now invites bids from interested citizen and local bidders registered with the Patents and Companies Registration Agency (PACRA) and holding a valid Tax Clearance Certificate with the Zambia Revenue Authority; other requirements are contained in the solicitation document.

Bidding will be conducted through Open Bidding National (OBN) procedures specified in the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act No. 17 of 2023, the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020, and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2022, and is open to all eligible citizen and local bidders as defined in the bidding documents. Interested bidders may access the bid document upon payment of a non-refundable fee of K500.00 through the online payment system on the e-GP platform.

Bids shall be valid for 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration in the format provided in the bidding document, duly signed by authorized signatories. Bids should be submitted through the Zambia Public Procurement Authority’s electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) platform; the closing date for receipt of bids is Friday, 25 September 2026 at 10:00 hours. Hard copies shall not be accepted, and bids will be opened online.
