Tender for the supply and delivery of assorted earth moving equipment

ZESCO Limited is procuring the supply and delivery of assorted earth moving equipment. Bidding will be conducted through the Open National Bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020, Public Procurement Regulations of 2022, and Statutory Instrument No. 45 of 2025, and is open to all eligible bidders that meet the qualification requirements specified in the bidding document. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration in the format provided in the solicitation documents.

Interested bidders may obtain a complete set of solicitation documents in English upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ZMW 1,000.00 (or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency) through the Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) System, where the documents may be accessed and downloaded electronically.

Bids clearly marked “Tender for the Supply and Delivery of Assorted Earth Moving Equipment – ZESCO/ONB/103/2026,” addressed to the Director – Procurement, ZESCO Limited, shall be submitted electronically through the e-GP System not later than 10:30 hours, 9 October 2026. Late bids will not be accepted, and bids shall be opened electronically through the e-GP System immediately after the bid closing time.
