Tender for Supply and Delivery of Four Motor vehicles (4No.) Double Cab 4×4 Motor Vehicle and One No.1. 26 – 30seater bus for Zambia Devolution Support Program.

1. The Government of the Republic of Zambia through the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development has received financing from the Treasury towards the cost of the Motor Vehicles, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing for payments under the Tender for Supply and Deliver:

Four (4No.) Double Cab 4×4 Motor Vehicles One, No.1 26-30 seater bus for ZDSP.

1. The Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development now invites bidders with franchise holding only for the tender for the procurement of the said motor vehicles;

1. Bidding will be conducted through the Limited Bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act No.8 of 2020.

1. You may obtain further information from the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development, Procurement and Supplies Unit and inspect the Bidding Document at the Office of the Head – Procurement and Supplies Unit, Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development.

1. Bids must be deposited in accordance with the provisions of the Electronic Government Procurement and submission will close on or before 17:00Hrs Local th Time on 16 October, 2026. Late bids will be rejected.

1. Bids will be opened online.
