Tender for the supply and delivery of high frequency radio system for Tazama Pipelines Limited

Tazama Pipelines Limited has set aside funds to cover the cost of procuring a High Frequency Radio System and intends to apply part of these funds to payments under the resulting contract. The company invites sealed bids from citizen and/or local suppliers for the supply and delivery of a High Frequency Radio System to support its communications infrastructure.

Bidding will be conducted through the Open National Bidding Method as specified in the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020 and the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act No. 17 of 2023, and is open to all citizen and local bidders. Bidders must submit a complete set of bidding documents in English, accompanied by a duly signed Bid Securing Declaration Form emailed in PDF format, after presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of ZMW 1,000.00 into Tazama’s Stanbic Bank account. No altered submissions will be allowed; any alterations will result in disqualification. Bids must be clearly labeled and emailed to Tenders@Tazama.co.zm on or before Thursday, 1st October 2026 at 11:00 hours Zambia time. Late bids will not be accepted.
