Tender for the supply and delivery of Personal Protective Equipment for Lusaka Water Supply and Sanitation Company

Lusaka Water Supply and Sanitation Company Limited has set aside funds in its annual budget towards the cost of procurement of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing towards payments under the resulting contract. The Company now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified citizen and local companies to submit bids for the supply and delivery of Personal Protective Equipment, under reference LWSC/ONB/G-006/2026.

Bidding will be conducted through Open National Bidding procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020 and the Public Procurement Regulations No. 30 of 2022; qualification requirements are provided in the bidding document. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than two percent (2%) of the bid sum, duly signed and sealed by the guarantor(s) as per the sample form provided in the bidding document.

Bids should be submitted through the e-GP system, and the closing date for submission of bids is Thursday, 15 October 2026 at 10:30 hours; the opening of bids will be done electronically on the same day at 11:00 hours through the e-GP system.
