Tender for the supply and delivery of plant equipment for Tazama Petroleum Products Limited

Tazama Pipelines Limited has set aside funds toward the cost of the supply and delivery of plant equipment for Tazama Petroleum Products Limited in Ndola and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the resulting contract. The company now invites sealed bids from citizen and/or local suppliers for the supply and delivery of plant equipment for Tazama Petroleum Products Limited at the Ndola Fuel Terminal in Ndola District.

Bidding will be conducted through the Open National Bidding Method as specified in the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020 and the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act No. 17 of 2023, and is open to all citizen and local bidders. Bidders must submit a complete set of bidding documents in English, accompanied by a duly signed Bid Securing Declaration Form emailed in PDF format, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ZMW 600.00 into Tazama’s Zambia National Commercial Bank account. No altered submissions will be allowed; any alterations will result in disqualification. Bids must be clearly labeled and emailed to Tenders@Tazama.co.zm on or before Friday, 25th September 2026 at 10:00 hours local time. Late bids will not be accepted.
