The Zambia Red Cross Society (ZRCS) is a humanitarian organization established in 1966 through an Act of Parliament (Societies Act Cap 307), mandated to provide relief to vulnerable communities and promote human dignity. To enhance its visibility, strengthen public awareness, and support resource mobilization efforts, ZRCS intends to procure one digital billboard.
Below are the Options intended to be purchased.
Option 1. Supply, Delivery and Installation of One (1)
Digital Billboard 2m x 3m with the following specifications
• Supplier to provide offer for 2m x 3m
• Photographic evidence of high-resolution LED display suitable for outdoor visibility (day and night)
• Weather-resistant and durability
• Energy-efficient digital display systems
• Provide warranty for a minimum of 12 months
• Offer after-sales support and maintenance plan
• Provide user training for relevant ZRCS staff
Option 2. Supply, Delivery and Installation of One (1) Digital Billboard 3m x 3m with the following specifications:

Option 3. Supply, Delivery and Installation of one (1)
Digital Billboard 3m x 4m with the following specifications
• Supplier to provide offer for 3m x 4m
• Photographic evidence of high-resolution LED display suitable for outdoor visibility (day and night)
• Weather-resistant and durability
• Energy-efficient digital display systems
• Provide warranty for a minimum of 12 months
• Offer after-sales support and maintenance plan
• Provide user training for relevant ZRCS staff
