Tender for the supply, delivery and installation of various equipment, furniture, beddings, towels, utensils and a metal container at the National Assembly Motel

The National Assembly of Zambia has set aside funds for the supply, delivery and installation of various equipment, furniture, beddings, towels, utensils and a metal container at the National Assembly Motel. The National Assembly now invites bids for this contract, under reference NAS/PC/105/2026.

Bidding will be conducted using the Open National Bidding (ONB) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020, the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act No. 17 of 2023, and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2022. The scope spans seven lots: industrial kitchen equipment, laundry equipment and electrical appliances, wooden furniture, kitchen and laundry utensils, restaurant linen, beddings and towels, crockery/cutlery/glassware, and a metal container for equipment storage, with delivery periods ranging from 2 to 4 weeks depending on the lot. The bidding process requires bidders to quote for the items and quantity as specified in each lot; a bid that does not quote for the items and quantity as specified will be considered non-responsive, and the National Assembly will award the contract to the bidder based on the responsiveness of the entire lot. The participation fee is K1,000.00.
