Tender for the supply, delivery and installation of VoIP wireless equipment

The Kafue Gorge Lower Power Development Corporation Limited (KGL) wishes to contract a firm to supply, deliver and install VoIP wireless equipment for office use at the power station, under Tender No. KGL/PROC/005/ONB/2026. KGL now invites bids from eligible companies for the supply, delivery and installation of Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephones.

Bidding will be conducted using Open National Bidding (ONB) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020. Eligible bidders can download and examine the bidding document at a non-refundable fee of ZMW1,000.00 from the e-GP platform. The bid must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration, signed by the representative with Power of Attorney.

Bids clearly marked “Tender for the Supply and Delivery plus Installation of VoIP Wireless Equipment” must be submitted on the e-GP platform on or before Tuesday, 20 October 2026 at 15:00 hours system time. Late, emailed or physical bids, or hard copies, will be rejected. Bids will be opened thereafter through the e-GP system.
