Tender for the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, testing and training of a Video Wall System for ZRA Command Centre

The Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) is procuring the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, testing and training of a Video Wall System for its Command Centre. ZRA now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for this contract. Pursuant to the Public Procurement (Preference and Reservation Schemes) Regulations and Section 91(2)(e) of the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020, this procurement is subject to a preference and reservation scheme, applying to target groups that meet the eligibility requirements specified in the solicitation document.

Bidders must submit their bids electronically on the Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA) e-GP platform, clearly marked “Tender for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Testing and Training of Video Wall System for ZRA Command Centre – ZRA/ONB/136/2026.” Bids should be valid for 120 days from the date of tender closing.

The deadline for the submission of bids is Saturday, 13 October 2026 at 10:00 hours. Bids will be opened electronically at 10:00 hours on the same day.
