TENDER No. NAS/PC/106/2026: TENDER FOR THE WATERPROOFING OF THE MAIN BUILDING, LIBRARY BUILDING, NEW AND OLD COMMITTEE BUILDING ROOFS AT THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF ZAMBIA, PARLIAMENT MAIN BUILDINGS
1.0 The National Assembly of Zambia has set aside funds for the Waterproofing of the Main Building, Library Building, New and Old Committee Building Roofs at the National Assembly of Zambia, Parliament Main Buildings and wishes to engage a Contractor for the mentioned works.
2.0 The National Assembly of Zambia now invites bids for the Waterproofing of the Main Building, Library Building, New and Old Committee Building Roofs. Bidding will be conducted using the Open National Bidding (ONB) procedures specified in the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act No. 17 of 2023.

3.0 Bidders wishing to obtain clarification on the tender may do so through the e-GP System or contact the Procurement Office, at the National Assembly, Rooms M4 and M7, Plot No. 5030, Olympia, Parliament Road, P.O. 4.0 The Solicitation document may be accessed on the e-GP Platform.
5.0 Submission of bids shall be through the e-GP System not later than Wednesday, 4 November, 2026 at 12:30 hours local time. A pre-bid meeting/site visit will take place on Wednesday, 13 October, 2026 in Committee Room No. 1 at 10:00hrs at Parliament Buildings. Bidders are requested to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting because attendance is mandatory.
