Mulungushi University invites bids from eligible bidders for the procurement and supply of library resources for the School of Engineering and the School of Natural and Applied Sciences and 100% online resources for the Library. Bidding is conducted using Open National Bidding (ONB) procedures through the electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) system.

Scope Procurement and supply of library resources for the School of Engineering and the School of Natural and Applied Sciences, and 100% online resources for the Library. Delivery is to the Mulungushi University Main Campus. The list of books is attached as an appendix to the bidding document.

Deadline and opening The deadline for the submission of bids is 5 November 2026 at 10:00 hours Zambian local time. Bids will be opened via e-GP on 5 November 2026 at 10:30 hours Zambian local time.
