Sales Assistants/Admin Staff/Supervisor

We are recruiting :

One admin staff, two-four sales assistants, several sales manager; one sale supervisor; one driver;

Supervisor Requirement:

• Over 7 years of agrochemical sales experience working with major competitors
• Well acquainted with key customers all over Zambia and maintain solid business relationships
• Capable of leading and managing a sales team
• Passionate about agrochemical sales work
• Strong work ethic, trustworthy, proactive, positive and result-oriented
• Resident in Lusaka is preferred
• Basic knowledge of crop protection and agrochemical products will be an advantage;

Salary: K8,000 – K12,000

Admin Staff

• Must have accounting knowledge; prepare and submit statutory returns to relevant authorities, and organize all expense supporting documents
• Responsible for permit & license management, including business registration, import permits, and liaison with clearing agents
• Preference will be given to female university graduates within 5 years of graduation
• GPA 4.0 or above; quick learner
• Strong work ethic, trustworthy, proactive, positive and result-oriented

Salary: K4,000 – K6,000

Driver

• Able to drive sedans and trucks, both manual and automatic transmission
• Familiar with routes across Zambia and within Lusaka
• Able to carry out basic daily vehicle maintenance
• Strong work ethic, trustworthy, proactive, positive and result-oriented

Salary: K4,000 – K5,000

Sales Assistant

• Female university graduate with 1–3 years post-graduation experience
• GPA 4.0 or above; quick learner
• Candidates with prior experience in agrochemical companies are preferred
• Strong work ethic, trustworthy, proactive, positive and result-oriented Salary: K4,000 – K5,000

Sales Manager

• Established customer networks and good relationships with key clients in assigned provinces
• Sound knowledge of competitors’ product portfolios
• Strong work ethic, trustworthy, proactive, positive and result-oriented

Salary: K4,000 – K6,000 + commission
