Peculiar Investment Limited invites qualified and experienced contractors or firms to submit proposals for Surveying and Monitoring of Ground/Retaining wall Stability. This project focuses on assessing and understanding the impact of heavy load machineries on the ground and how to support ongoing and future construction and development activities on the retaining wall.

Scope of Work:

SURVEY AND MONITORING

1.1 Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) Testing:

1.1.1 Conduct GPR tests on the retaining wall and surrounding areas to detect the presence of underground voids or anomalies.
1.1.2 Mark the locations of suspected voids for further investigation.

2.1 Control Point Establishment:

2.1.1 Survey the retaining wall and surrounding area to establish a permanent control point
2.1.2 This control point shall be used for periodic monitoring to detect any movement or deformation in the wall over time

3.1 Monitoring Plan

3.1.1 Develop a schedule for regular surveys to track the stability of the wall
3.1.2 Provide a reporting system to document and analyze any detected movement or new damage

Eligibility Criteria:

– Proven expertise in surveying and monitoring ground conditions.
– Availability of advanced surveying and monitoring tools like GPR Detector and Nuclear Density Detector, etc….
– Relevant certifications and industry experience.
– Previous experience with similar projects (provide references).
